What is sublimation printing?
A printing technique called dye sublimation printing, commonly referred to as all-over printing, transfers ink from one sheet onto the receiving canvas (in our case, fabric).
Heat converts the sublimation dye into gas during the sublimation process. At the same time, it causes the synthetic fibres in polyester to loosen, allowing gas to enter.
When the fabric cools, the dye solidifies and the polyester fibres tighten, allowing the dye and fabric to chemically connect at the molecular level, resulting in a bright, vibrant, eye-catching, and long-lasting fabric.
